Fab Carella is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Mr. Carella is the founder of Carella Capital Corp (CCC) which invests in both public and private companies, commercial and residential real estate both in Canada and internationally, provides mortgage lending services to borrowers and provides invoice factoring financing for businesses, allowing companies to access funds against accounts receivables more quickly.

Mr. Carella provides corporate advisory services to companies and sits on numerous advisory boards assisting companies in their growth process.

Brian Keane

Brian D. Keane, Director, CEO, has over 22 years of Capital Markets and Investing experience. Mr. Keane specializes in originating, advising, and investing in emerging growth companies with sub specialties in corporate governance, audit committee, and product development, branding, distribution. Since 1999, Mr. Keane has advised and managed several Wall Street, that include: Paragon Capital, LP Keating Capital, Four Springs Capital, Yorkville Advisors, Merriman Capital, Inc, Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, (now HC Wainwright), Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. and Techvest LLC (acquired by Rodman). Currently, Mr. Keane is Founder of Qualified Capital advising multiple family offices and growth companies. Mr. Keane has held numerous board and C-Level positions in private and public companies and holds a BS from the University of Scranton 1997 and a JD from New York Law School 2000 and has held FINRA Series 7,55,63,79

Joshua Maurice

Mr. Maurice has a 20-year background in consumer goods with a focus on OTC drug and nutraceutical development that includes regulatory, clinical research, branding, marketing, advertising, and retail distribution on a global basis. Mr. Maurice has successfully launched retail brands from concept to retail distribution with direct-to-consumer campaigns as well as brick-and-mortar clients like Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens, and others.  Mr. Maurice holds a BA from Bennington College.

Dr. Greg Smith

Dr. Gregory Smith earned his medical degree from Rush Medical School in Chicago, and a Masters of Public Health from Harvard University. He completed residency training in Preventive Medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Since leaving the US Army as a Major, Dr. Smith has been in primary care practice in California, Georgia and Florida for the past 30 years. He first trained on use of medical cannabis in California in 2000. He has had extensive experience and education in the field of cannabinoid medications.  Dr. Smith is an avid writer, having published over a dozen peer reviewed medical publications, two medical textbooks, and a novel called “Final Review.”

Mark Tommasi

Mr. Tommasi, a former investment advisor, has served as a senior officer, director and financier of numerous public and private companies in both the United States and Canada. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate development, equity, private equity and venture capital financing including IPO’s, RTO’s, private placements, marketing, board and committee activities and investor relations.
